ABIDING OVER TRYING

We come to know and show the love of God not by trying harder, but by abiding deeper. Just as fruit grows by staying connected to the vine, our lives flourish when we stay close to Christ. When we rest in Him, His Spirit produces in us what striving never could. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing” (John 15:5).
