AN INVITATION TO UNITY?

The world's invitation to unity is actually an invitation to conformity. You see, if we refuse to be unified to its rebellious cause against God, then we can expect to be vilified by the world for standing for the Lord. So as believers in Christ Jesus, we choose courage over compromise regardless of getting cancelled, censored, or criticized. "If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you" (John 15:18-19).
