The Word of God is not meant to be edited, it’s meant to be echoed. In a world allergic to truth, we don’t adjust the message to fit the moment; we proclaim it and trust that for every moment it fits. Soft sermons may soothe, but only sound doctrine saves. “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine…” (2 Timothy 4:3).
