GOD'S LOVE IS UNCONDITIONAL

God's love for us is motivated by who He is, not by who we are. He loves us supremely in spite of us not being worthy. This truth should relieve us of the pressure of trying to get God to love us, and it should move us into the rest that comes with just accepting God's love. "In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins" (I John 4:10).
