LABOR THAT LASTS

Labor Day reminds us that work is more than what earns a paycheck, it is an opportunity to honor God. Whether we labor at a job, in our homes, at church, or in service to others, nothing done for Christ is ever wasted. “Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men” (Colossians 3:23). When our labor is for the Lord, even ordinary work carries eternal significance.
