PASTOR'S NOTE: IS IT SOUND TO GOD?

Pastor's note: Sound doctrine doesn't tickle the ear, but it scratches the heart. Remember, the Word of God doesn't invite self to be esteemed but denied! So be careful what you listen to--because a message may sound good, but is it sound to God? "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables" (II Timothy 4:3-4).
