PRAY FOR ENDURANCE

We often pray for deliverance from trials, but we really need to pray for endurance while we go through them. You see, it's usually within the greatest pressures of life that we are afforded the opportunity to experience the greatest presence of God. "Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him" (James 1:12).
