The church at Sardis had a name that sounded alive, but their faith was lifeless. Outwardly impressive, inwardly empty. So many denominations today fit this same mold: once aflame with truth, now content with form. Revival doesn’t begin with noise or numbers; it begins when the heart wakes up to the presence of Christ. “You have a name that you are alive, but you are dead" (Revelation 3:1).
