REST BEFORE THE BATTLE

You do not have to carry tomorrow before it arrives. God gives grace for today, strength for today's assignment, and peace for the present moment. Many battles are won not by striving harder, but by resting deeper in the promises of God. Trust Him with what is ahead and be faithful with what is in front of you. "You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You" (Isaiah 26:3).
