REWIRED FOR GOD'S USE

God does not throw away the qualities we abuse, but rather He rewires them for His use. In other words, when we come to know Him personally, He will take our misplaced passions and harness them for the use of heaven. His Spirit recycles our attributes and makes them righteous in application. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new" (II Corinthians 5:17).
