STAY ALERT: COMFORT CAN BE DEADLY!

When Satan fails to destroy the Church by pressure, he tries to dilute it by pleasure. When he can’t crush it from the outside, he corrupts it from the inside. And this comes in many forms, including the temptation to remain comfortable and the license to abuse grace. And that is why we must stay alert, because comfort can be just as deadly as conflict. “These things says He who has the sharp two-edged sword” (Revelation 2:12).
