To wear the name of Christian is to bear the nature of Christ. Conversely, to wear the name of Christian and not bear the nature of Christ is actually a contradiction by nature. The Apostle Paul wrote, "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me..." (Galatians 2:20). Therefore, the Christian is the conduit that allows the life of Christ to live through it. Without Christ in you and through you, the identity of "Christian" is the wrong name for you.
