THE CROSS EXPOSES AND COVERS

To see the cross exposes our sin and shame. But to believe in the cross covers our sin with grace. In Christ alone, grace is greater than guilt. "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit" (Romans 8:1).
