THE FEAR WE FORGOT

The world fears death, rejection, public speaking, and failure, but the fear of God rarely makes the list. Maybe that explains why culture is unraveling. We have become terrified of man while becoming casual about God. But when the fear of the Lord disappears, every lesser fear rushes in to take its place. “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God” (Hebrews 10:31).
