M2 presents D2: "Hear, my son, and be wise....." (Proverbs 23:19).Hearing precedes wisdom, just as growth springs from birth. Without the proper sequence, there is no transferable occurrence. Listen therefore, before you ask , "What's that there for?" If God allowed something into your world, He desires to teach you something about His Word.
