The Holy Spirit comes upon us, not to give us spiritual goosebumps and certainly not to make us "fall out" or dance. By and large, the Holy Spirit comes upon us that we may advance the Gospel with power and crystal clear clarity. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you" (Acts 1:8).
