TRUSTING GOD'S JUSTICE

Trusting God’s justice is how the righteous remain righteous. When we lose sight of the truth that God will one day right every wrong, our pursuit of justice can quietly drift into vengeance. Scripture never calls us to abandon justice, but it does call us to guard our hearts and leave final judgment in God’s hands. We pursue what is right faithfully, while trusting God with the outcome. “Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, ‘Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,’ says the Lord” (Romans 12:19).
