When someone hurts us or sins against us, if we do not uproot bitterness in our hearts with the forgiveness that comes from the Father's heart, it will destroy our future. And though it may be hard to forgive, forgiveness keeps hardness of heart from settling in. We can forgive because we have been forgiven.
