WHEN TOLERANCE IS MISTAKEN FOR LOVE

When the Church stops confronting sin, it starts conforming to it. That’s what happened in Thyatira: tolerance was mistaken for love, and compromise became the new compassion. But Jesus reminds us that true love never condones what He condemns. His call to holiness isn’t harsh, it’s healing. “Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols" (Revelation 2:20).
