Man, heck with “likes,” I’m trying to save lives! And NO, I'm not the Messiah. I'm just a wick that Jesus has set on fire!No disrespect to anyone who has ever “liked” my pics or points, but when do we make what we “like” online the very manifestation of what we are like outside: Outside the screen, whether it be our cell phone or our computer at home.I’m tired of being reduced to a “like” on my Facebook wall. If you don’t believe it, then beat it. We are in the end times where there is no time for sugarcoated lines. “Jesus loves you!” Yea He certainly does, but He’s looking for you to love Him too. Without His salvation plan, I’m sorry but there is no hope for man!A Christless eternity is the destiny of where so many stand. But that’s ok as long as you have hundreds of friends on Instagram. I’m not beat! Yea, that’s slang for pictures and comments online that scream “LOOK AT ME!”And I say look at me too, but my look isn’t for you to see my face. No, my look is a desire for you to see God’s grace. “Like” it or not, I know I’m following the right book with the right plot! The Bible! And “the Book” became flesh for us to see further than death! But we can only see the pixels at the end of our “selfies” breath. A picture of our self that’s staring back at the camera, a reflection of our soul that is disguised by false glamour.Yet the “look at me” syndrome seems to be an epidemic that can be summed up in the word clone! The worlds manufacturing of fake! Running from the truth, not even caring that eternity is at stake!Man, heck with “likes,” when’s the last time you cared enough to have your life receive a heavenly like? An applause from heaven above because you live by the cause of Jesus’ love. And that’s all I got for today. Like it or not, I don’t care to live any other way!
