Coming to Christ does not erase your personality and make you a robot, but it does require you to give up your person so that He can make you robust. "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it" (Matthew 16:25).

Our land has been taken captive by groupthink and will only be set free by returning to how God thinks. You see, if we begin to think as God thinks, then we will begin to act as God would have us act. "He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked" (1 John 2:6).

"It is impossible to rightly govern a nation without God and the Bible" (George Washington). And if not governed by the Bible, a nation will be given over to Babel. It really is as simple as that. "And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting..." (Romans 1:28).

Whatever the Lord has ordained, the enemy wants to undo. Be it a person or a principle, the devil seeks to sabotage the image of God. Thus, be on guard by submitting to God. "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8).

If we are not rooted in the living streams of the Word, then we will run dry from the empty cisterns of the world. You see, only the Word of God can re-route wrong steps, fill the hole in the soul, and satisfy the appetites of the heart. "Blessed is the man who walks not...
