The apostle Paul didn’t see his life as something to protect, but as something to pour out. True worship is surrender, not self-preservation. Even in the face of death, he found joy in being spent for the sake of others and the glory of Christ. Today, ask yourself: Am I holding back, or being poured out for what matters most? “Yes, and if I am being poured out as a drink offering on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all" (Philippians 2:17).
