For every lost sinner, there is a Seeking Savior. And no matter how far one may have fallen, forgiveness is still free because the Lord is risen. "For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost” (Luke 19:10).

Don't let what you see distract you from what God said. Because to know what God has said in His Word is to know the why behind what is happening in the world. "But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ" (I Corinthians 2:15-16).

If you think you're going to heaven, but heaven doesn't influence the way you think, then I think you need to re-think that thought. Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6).

We may not be able to see every detail of God's plan in front of us, but we can trust His purpose is always good for us. And when we learn to trust His heart, His peace begins to enter ours. "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose" (Romans 8:28).

The plots of man cannot circumvent God's sure and sovereign hand. It may seem like the wicked have the upper hand, but even they are in God's plan. "The LORD has made all for Himself, yes, even the wicked for the day of doom" (Proverbs 16:4).

The love of Christ not only defines us but it also defends us. You see, it defines us because He died for us and it defends us because His Spirit lives in us. "In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him" (I John 4:9).
