The Apostle John was exiled to Patmos—cut off from community, ministry, and everything familiar. But what felt like punishment became the place of God’s greatest revelation. The enemy tried to silence the testimony of Jesus Christ, but God used that very moment to proclaim it even louder. "I, John, both your brother and companion in the tribulation and kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ" (Revelation 1:9).
