Sadly, some only see their past as a vault that has them locked up by guilt and shame. Yet in Christ, our past doesn't have to be a "vault of faults", but it can be a "safe of salvation" and that which makes us rich in His grace. You see, when I think about my past poverty in sin--instead of being locked up by it--I become liberated knowing that Jesus still died for me that I may become rich in Him. Past, present, future, it's Gods grace that covers our nature.
