I recognize that many people have sincere and important questions surrounding this subject, so I wanted to reply with a more organized answer. “Do you go to medical?” That was a question repeatedly posed to me by a fellow inmate. The intent of the question was to figure out what drug I was taking. You see, in prison, men line up in droves to go to medical with the hopes of having legal drugs dispensed to them for a wide variety of reasons. I explained to this inmate that I wasn’t on any drugs and that I had never been to medical. He then inquired, “Then why do you look so happy all the time? I recently had the privilege to speak at a community event called “Praise in the Park,” which was held at the Cape May County Park/Zoo.
