In life, there may be no do-overs. But thankfully in Christ, there are always makeovers. He makes all things new. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Love doesn't cause someone to suffer, but it suffers for the better cause of someone. And in suffering of every kind, love is still very kind. “Love suffers long and is kind..." (I Corinthians 13:4).

There is no freedom in freedom itself, but true freedom is found only in Jesus Himself. Remember, know Christ, know liberty. And conversely, no Christ, no liberty. "Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty" (2 Corinthians 3:17).

The grace of God was given so that all of our mistakes can serve a purpose instead of serving shame. You see, grace turns a hurtful scar into a faithful story and a painful failure into a promising future.

Focus on the world’s wickedness and you’ll be distressed. Focus on our Lord’s faithfulness and you will find rest. "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You" (Isaiah 26:3).

The darker the times around us, the brighter and bolder the truth within us. You see, it is often through the darkness where the Gospel of Jesus Christ shines the brightest. “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden" (Matthew 5:14).
