It needs to be the goal of every Christian to do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God Almighty. You see, if we are not the ones being first and foremost in every good work, then how can we expect the world to see and believe that faith truly works?

"The heart of the righteous studies how to answer...." (Proverbs 15:28). Silence has a real place in developing spiritual integrity. You see, the fool speaks just to say something, but the wise man speaks because he has something to say. When's the last time you listened to yourself think before you listened to yourself speak?

"The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the Lord" (Proverbs 16:33). Nothing happens in our lives that God hasn't appointed to benefit our spiritual lives. Even a lot cast recklessly by us will eventually be recycled beautifully by Him. Therefore, don't put your trust into the cast of the lot, but rather learn to cast the lot of your trust upon Him who is always in control.

Do not lose heart Christian, this world is not your home. Perhaps God has allowed struggle into your life to detach you from this world and move you into His Word. You see, the Word of God is eternal and it's where your heart belongs. The Word of God is powerful and it's where the cares of this world dissolve. "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me" (John 14:1).

The measure of greatness is not position, power, or prestige, it's service. You see, greatness is seen clearest when we serve those who can do nothing for us. Ultimately, service means touching a heart instead of asking for a hand. "But whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant....just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve" (Matthew 20:26-28).

"NOW FAITH is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1, emphasis mine). First of all, "now faith" is the only type of faith there is, because it's faith in the now. And with "now faith", you'll either have victory over your circumstances or you will have victory in your circumstances. Either way, "now faith" gives you direct access to eternity and brings the peace of heaven into any adversity.
