We see the death of death in the death of Christ. And through this atonement, we have life of life in the life of Christ. In Him, death died so life can live. "For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive" (I Corinthians 15:22).

This may be counter intuitive, but it's true and redemptive. And it's how affliction can be considered good when the affliction brings us to God. "It is good for me that I have been afflicted, that I may learn Your statutes" (Psalm 119:71).

Jesus is the only who can deconstruct the sin-twisted soul and reconstruct it into something whole. He is the only one who can redeem what's seemingly doomed. "The LORD redeems the soul of His servants, And none of those who trust in Him shall be condemned" (Psalm 34:22).

Stop trying to figure it out and start praying to filter it out. You see, the more you talk to the Lord about it, the clearer you become about it. Delighting in Him is what clarifies the desires of our heart. "Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4).

Christ cannot be our present source of peace if we are constantly trying to chase the worlds pace. You see, when the heart stops running, peace begins reigning. "And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful" (Colossians 3:15).

The heart of all our countries problems is a problem of the heart. If the heart of man doesn't change, then nothing will change. And only the Gospel of Jesus Christ can do that. "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
