Contrary to the worldly notion of “do not judge,” Christian's ought to do nothing without making godly judgments. Yes, we are not to judge hypocritically, but we are to judge with biblical scrutiny. "But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one" (1 Corinthians 2:15).

Instead of wasting time worrying about what might or might not happen, why not begin enjoying the blessing of what is actually happening? God is always working and that is worth noticing! "The LORD works out everything to its proper end" (Proverbs 16:4).

As believers who are part of the Body, we must not shy away from fellowship. It is within the confines of our community that God refines our spiritual integrity. Iron sharpens iron—sparks may fly, but character will rise. "As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend" (Proverbs 27:17).

We don’t need a total eclipse of the sun to tell us that we are a nation that has totally eclipsed the Son. We have snuffed out the light of the Lord. We have darkened His glory. We have turned our back on His favor. We have removed Him from public conscience. And unless we repent, judgment will not relent. "Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent..." (Acts 17:30).

God's promises are much bigger than our problems. So instead of seeing your day through those problems, begin to see your day through His promises, for they are true and trustworthy. "For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us" (2 Corinthians 1:20).

There is no such thing as your truth or my truth, there is just God’s truth. And it is God's truth to say that human beings flourish best when we live within His design. "Teach me Your way, O Lord, that I may walk in Your truth; unite my heart to fear Your name" (Psalm 86:11).
