You’ll find two types of blogs here: long-form (Blog) & short-form (Daily Dose).
One moment can expose the soul of a nation. Some harden in rebellion, others bow in repentance. The same sun that melts the wax hardens the clay. Scripture says, “So you shall say to them, ‘This is a nation that does not obey the voice of the Lord their God nor receive correction. Truth has perished and has been...
The enemy is saying, "No you can't forgive them, that was too deliberate." But the voice of Jesus is saying, "Yes you can forgive them, for My grace is sufficient." You see, we forgive because we have been forgiven. And no matter what's been done, we...
Show me the worst sinner and I will show you a willing Savior. If you didn't know, Jesus can save anyone from anywhere who has done anything. "O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord!" (Romans 7:24)
Trouble may touch us, but in Christ, trouble cannot take us. In fact, it not only cannot take us, but we can take it to God who is able to turn it into triumph. "Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place" (2 Corinthians 2:14).
The Apostate Church is alive and from hell. Its sole purpose is to counterfeit the Gospel and contort the truth of the Bible. You see, since deception and delusion are at an all time high, the true Church needs to courageously hold the line. And by the way, you can...
Without affliction, we often don’t change our direction. As David wrote, “Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I obey Your word” (Psalm 119:67). In other words, God will allow an affliction to grace our lives in order to move us closer to His life.
On the cross, love won. On the cross, sin is gone. On the cross, redemption started. On the cross, death was thwarted. On the cross, He bore our shame. On the cross, He knew our name. On the cross, Oh what a Savior. On the cross, no grace is...
Charlie Kirk was assassinated. That alone should grieve us. But what followed has been equally disturbing: conspiracies blaming Israel, Mossad, or “the Jews.” Some call it discernment, but it’s delusion. This is a spiritual fog: a mix of historical ignorance, antisemitic tropes, YouTube rabbit holes, and...
I was recently “tweeted at” from 2 different students. Not only 2 different students, but students from 2 different schools. And not only 2 different schools; but 2 different climates that defined the culture in each of those schools. You see, upon entering the one school I was personally greeted by the Superintendent, who sat with me for 30 minutes “shooting the breeze,” and even encouraged me to keep speaking out (though he had not heard the message yet). At the other school, I wasn’t met or greeted by anyone on staff. I was actually ignored until I asked if I could find my way to the auditorium to set up. And one thing I’ve learned from doing this on a daily basis is that the culture of any school starts at the top and flows downward....
Love is relational, not relative. It ought not depend on circumstances or the right “stars aligning.” No! Love is the highest divine emotion that can be expressed in life, not just lip. What I’m about to say next may be pointed, but I’m speaking to myself from past “love” exchanges. Love that is not channeled from the source of pure love is in fact perverted love. We may think we are loving accurately, but if you begin at the wrong location initially, every point after that will be off positionally and diverted.....
It is not my desire for people to hear or see me; it is my earnest prayer that wherever I am called to speak, that the audience would SOLELY hear and see Jesus in me. I am nothing more than a broken man just following Gods perfect plan. And He never ceases to amaze me with His grace. Now, I'm not talking about the definition of grace--unmerited favor--but I am talking about the personification of Grace-- Jesus my Savior. We aren't just "sinners saved by grace." No way! How dare we cheapen....
Sarah and I are getting ready to depart for Norfolk, Nebraska. If you could hear me, I would say that with the finest Mid-West accent I could muster up. I know a little about the Mid-West since I traveled into that area several times during my pro soccer playing days. However, this time we are going there to lead a youth rally. Sarah’s friends are the youth leaders and they graciously extended the invite. Needless to say, it’s an honor to be “called” to other states to do God’s work. In the words of Jesus, “I must....
